What is GTP?
Eastman Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is an 18 month development program with elaborately-designed job assignments, formal training, coaching, mentoring etc. through 3 or 4 job rotations. After the program, graduates will be redeployed into either technology group or commercial group.

Who are we looking for?
Technology Stream
- Graduates in 2012
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English skills. CET-6 is a must
- Strong curiosity
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Great communication skills and team-work spirit
Commercial Stream
- Graduates in 2012
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Chemistry related majors preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English skills. CET-6 is a must
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Team-work spirit
